Helvetia Baloise presents new brand identity

February 5, 2026. Following the press release issued today, our Group has decided to adopt a unified brand across all its entities.

This new identity will combine the Helvetia name with Baloise’s logo and modern visual universe, with the objective of building a strong, consistent, and forward-looking brand. It opens a new chapter for the merged Group, with the ambition to strengthen its visibility, resilience, and capacity for innovation across all its markets.

Continuity is a priority in Luxembourg.
In Luxembourg, no immediate changes are planned. We remain Baloise.
 

The introduction of this new brand will take place progressively, over a horizon that may extend up to five years, ensuring a simple, clear, and carefully managed transition.

What this means :
In the immediate term:

  • contacts remain the same,
  • our offerings, processes, and services remain unchanged,
  • our commitments remain fully intact.

Over the longer term, this evolution will strengthen our positioning as a solid and high-performing international Group, creating additional opportunities to support your business development and deliver even greater value to our clients.
