Sara currently divides her time between her role as Country Manager of FRIDAY France and her new
responsibilities at Baloise, before fully dedicating herself to her position. She is based in Paris and reports to David Destappes, Chief Operating Officer.

A graduate of INSA Lyon (National Institute of Applied Sciences) and holder of an MBA in Insurance (CHEA – Paris-Dauphine University), Sara began her career at mc2i as a consultant and project manager. She then joined Deloitte France, where she served as Director of Strategy & Operations – Financial Services Industry from 2015 to 2023. In 2023, she joined FRIDAY France as Country Manager, leading the subsidiary’s development strategy and operational performance.

Her appointment reflects Baloise Luxembourg’s strategic ambition to further strengthen its position
in the international non-life segment, a key driver of long-term growth.
