Replacement vehicle in the event of a claim

In the event of a claim and immobilisation of the vehicle, you are entitled, depending on the cover taken out, to a replacement vehicle. This vehicle is made available to the insured for the duration of the repairs and up to a maximum of 60 days.

Provision of an all-electric replacement vehicle

Through a partnership with ALD Automotive, Bâloise is extending the range of replacement vehicles for disaster-stricken customers in order to meet their needs as effectively as possible. Since the end of December 2020, Bâloise Assurances has been providing its policyholders with the first all-electric courtesy vehicle.
At the end of 2020, Grégory Pauwels, Head of Department - Standard Risk Indemnity, together with Frank Biordi (Car Center & Rental Manager at ALD Automotive), Thomas Villebois (Fleet Manager at Mercedes) and Dominique Roger (Director of AXUS Luxembourg), attended the handover of the keys to the new all-electric SUV to customers.
