If there is no response within ninety (90) days, or if the Company’s response is unsatisfactory, you may refer your complaint to:

  • the Commissariat aux Assurances (the Luxembourg Insurance Commissioner, who is the prudential supervisory body empowered to process requests for the out-of-court resolution of complaints) by following the steps which appear on its site: (http://www.caa.lu/fr/consommateurs/resolution-extrajudiciaire-des-litiges);
  •  In addition, you can also appeal to the Luxembourg Insurance Ombudsman:
